The incumbent is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations across Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels. This includes analyzing and reporting performance data to drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. The role ensures seamless order fulfilment and enhances customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibility will be Fill Rate measurement and maximization.

Experience
5+ years of experience in Customer Service Manager and Logistics in a Modern Trade, Ecommerce, Q.Com environment.
Competencies
Familiarity with Modern Trade, Q.com platforms, and retail business operations, ecommerce supply chain processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP ERP and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Exposure to Customer service portals and tools as per industry standards.
