SUMMARYWadhwani AI is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager for CSR Fundraising to join our team in India. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships and driving sustainable fundraising growth.Location - DelhiABOUT US -Wadhwani AI is a nonprofit institute building and deploying applied AI solutions to solve critical issues in public health, agriculture, education, and urban development in underserved communities in the global south. With a team of over 200 professionals, our expertise encompasses AI/ML research and innovation, software engineering, domain knowledge, design and user research.In the Press:SoleCultures page of Wadhwani AI -ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESxe2x97x8f Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.xe2x97x8f Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential and existing corporate partners in India.xe2x97x8f Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to secure funding and support from CSR initiatives.xe2x97x8f Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with corporate partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.xe2x97x8f Stay abreast of CSR trends, regulations, and best practices in India, and leverage this knowledge to enhance fundraising efforts.xe2x97x8f Collaborate with internal teams (program, finance, and communications) to develop impactful CSR projects and initiatives.xe2x97x8f Oversee the management of CSR partnerships, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and effective communication.xe2x97x8f Monitor and analyze fundraising performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.xe2x97x8f Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand CSR outreach.xe2x97x8f Mentor and guide junior fundraising team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.REQUIREMENTSxe2x97x8f Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, non-profit management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.xe2x97x8f Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or business development in the non-profit sector in India.xe2x97x8f Proven track record of successfully securing significant funding from corporate sources.xe2x97x8f Strong understanding of CSR regulations and practices in India, including Section 135 of the Companies Act.xe2x97x8f Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.xe2x97x8f Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets, tracking metrics, and reporting on fundraising performance.xe2x97x8f Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.xe2x97x8f Proficiency in CRM software and other fundraising tools.xe2x97x8f Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of other regional languages is an asset.We are committed to promoting diversity and the principle of equal employment opportunity for all our employees and encourage qualified candidates to apply irrespective of religion or belief, ethnic or social background, gender, gender identity, and disability.
