Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
Manage the entire post-sales process: agreements, payment follow-ups, registration, and handover.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Accounts, Projects) to ensure timely customer service.
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Prepare and share payment schedules, outstanding reports, and project status updates.
Assist in documentation (SBA agreements, sale deeds, NOCs, etc.) and ensure compliance with company policies.
Organize site visits, property handovers, and customer meets.
Monitor collections and follow up for timely payments.
Support marketing and sales teams during customer events and project launches.
Prepare MIS reports for management on CRM activities, customer satisfaction, and pending issues.
