Prepare complete and compliant documentation for all revenue-related applications.
Track pending approvals and maintain follow-up mechanisms.
Represent the Group for hearings and compliance discussions.
Ensure timely renewal of
land permissions
, occupancy rights, and royalty obligations.
Collaborate with Legal, Projects, and Finance for data and documentation.
2. CTSO - City Survey & Land Records
Manage
Property Cards
,
Mutation Entries
,
Name Changes
, and related land record processes.
Liaise with CTSO officials to ensure timely title updates and endorsements.
Handle
Non-Agricultural (NA) land conversion
documentation and compliance.
Verify boundary and survey records to prevent discrepancies or encroachments.
Maintain digital and physical documentation of all CTSO-related records.
3. Liaisoning & Government Interface
Build strong working relationships with officials at the
Collector Office, Deputy Collector, CTSO
, and other relevant departments.
Represent the organization during government meetings, hearings, and inspections.
Track new policies, circulars, and notifications impacting revenue and land matters.
Ensure ethical and compliant liaisoning with all government bodies.
4. Governance, Documentation & Reporting
Maintain trackers for submissions, applications, hearings, and property documents.
Prepare detailed
MIS reports
, summaries, and dashboards for senior management.
Develop and implement
SOPs
for revenue and land-related processes.
Ensure high standards of governance, accuracy, and compliance in documentation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Graduate / Postgraduate in
Law, Public Administration, Political Science, Commerce, or Business Management
.
10-15 years
of experience in Revenue Liaisoning, Collector Office, and CTSO operations.
Strong knowledge of
Land Revenue Codes, Royalty Regulations, Mutation Entries, NA Conversion
, and Property Card systems.
Established professional network within Revenue departments.
Exceptional documentation, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
High integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
