Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Manager with prior experience in NBFCs, KSFE, or similar financial institutions to lead and manage the operations of a Co-operative Society. Retired professionals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with co-operative society regulations Manage deposit mobilization, lending, recovery, and member services Guide and supervise staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer service Develop strategies for growth and financial stability of the society Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
