In the last 12 months, Inspirit has won the SXSW EDU Launch Competition, made it to the top 10 in the ASU GSV international GSV Cup, and been nominated to the Forbes Under 30 2022 List in Education (North America).Built by Stanford and Georgia Tech grads, and backed by founders & operators at Yahoo, Duolingo, Udemy, Kahoot, and Roblox, Inspirit aims to disrupt the $200bn global online learning market by building the education platform for learning in 3D & VR.What Will You Do?

• Create content across Biology, Physics, and Chemistry (to scale) while developing robust processes which are time and cost-efficient
• Ability to forecast timelines for projects and be aware of unit metrics
• Ability to project manage, understand technical processes, and work in cross-functional teams
• Experience working with engineering, product and design team(s) for production work
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the content and 3D team along with associated workflows
• Work cross-functionally to execute high-quality content swiftly
• Deliver on tight timelines
• Deliver content that meets quality standards, including accuracy and adherence to product goals
• Participate in the creative process from start to finish
• Manage vendors wherever applicable
• You will talk to the relevant stakeholders on our team to ensure our content reflects Inspirit's brand, vision, and voice

What Skills Do you Need to Succeed?

• You are experienced with large content production output with minimum 8-10 years of experience in independently managing the processes involved
• You have experience with vendor management
• You are a self-starter and can build a team
• You have great attention to detail and adhere to efficient processes while implementing them across teams
• You have experience managing teams and timelines
• You are passionate about working in the science/STEM education space
• You work with integrity and humility
• Team player with good communication skills and works well with others (no egos, please!)

Nice to have

• You have leadership or entrepreneurial experience (bonus if it's in edtech!)
• Working knowledge of high school level Physics, Chemistry, and Biology is a plus
• Understanding of curriculum aligned with the US K12 syllabus and CBSE in India is a bonus
• You are passionate about working in the immersive STEM education industry
• You have worked on/explored 3D, VR, or other immersive platforms before
