Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Manage and lead a team of construction professionals, including contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• 12-15 years of experience in the construction industry
