Senior Manager - Commercial & Operations - someone ideally with a construction background,

Contract compliance and extension

? Raising invoices and ensuring payments

? Coordinating with internal Project Managers

? Monitoring schedules and preventing project delays

? Vendor and procurement coordination

? Tracking financial impact of decisions

? Billing, approvals, client follow-ups

? Negotiation with clients

? Commercial due diligence before commitments

? Payment recoveries
