Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the single point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
2. Develop comprehensive account plans and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling the agency's full range of services (e.g., digital marketing, creative, media planning) to maximize client revenue.
3. Proactively address client issues, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency, facilitating quick and effective resolutions.
4. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to offer proactive advice and innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in client servicing or account management.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset to develop long-term plans for clients and the agency.
5. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
