Day to Day
As the Manager of the Global Client Insights team, you will manage a talented group of analysts who help global client-facing teams with data, insights, and scalable solutions. Your days will involve coaching team members, guiding data-driven work, strengthening engagement, and ensuring the team has the clarity and structure needed to do their best work. You'll bring energy to the team by introducing new innovative approaches, encouraging learning, and helping people link their work to meaningful client outcomes.
You'll also partner closely with U.S., EMEA, and global partners, helping prioritize workstreams, streamline processes, and embed AI and automation into workflows to increase performance efficiency. From reviewing insights to experimenting with new tools, you'll play both a strategic and practical role in elevating the team's impact, cohesion, and capabilities.
Responsibilities
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and compelling narratives. Ensure all outputs reflect data-backed rigor, clear storytelling, and alignment to client business goals.
Identify client needs and shape the insight roadmap. Own the design, development, and socialization of findings across global partners.
Drive innovation through advanced methodologies, new metrics, and scaled data driven approaches. Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual effort and enhance speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Develop team analytics capabilities by coaching across technical, insights-oriented, and storytelling dimensions. Foster a team-oriented, inclusive environment that reinforces mutual learning and collective ownership.
Oversee and elevate deliverables through structured reviews. Ensure accuracy, clarity, structure, and business impact are consistently met or exceeded.
Build scalable workflows, reusable assets, dashboards, and documentation. Create systems that enable repeatability, standardization, and long-term efficiency across global teams.
Partner closely with U.S., EMEA, and cross-functional partners to align priorities and drive seamless execution. Bring clarity to expectations, communication, and process across time zones. Establish operating rhythms, success metrics, and continuous-improvement loops. Promote a culture of curiosity, proactive problem-solving, and high accountability.
Skills/Competencies
Excellent proficiency in SQL, Python/R, data modeling, and BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), Salesforce with the ability to review outputs with precision and provide constructive guidance. Experience with AI tools, generative AI, and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and scale.
Proven problem-solving and insight-development skills, including the ability to examine, interpret and analyze complex data into clear business narratives.
Motivational people manager skilled at developing talent, strengthening team dynamics, and fostering engagement and growth. Effective communicator who engages seamlessly across global teams, time zones, and levels of executive leadership.
Brings structure, clarity, and operational discipline to evolving workstreams, with a high degree of ownership and commitment to client value.
Curious, innovative, and open to experimenting with new tools and methodologies; integrates strategic thinking with direct execution.

Salary Range Transparency
India 3,100,000 - 4,700,000 INR per year
