We have a suitable opportunity in L'Oreal India Human Resources team for the position of?Senior Manager - Change & Project Mgt. (HR), reporting to the People Transformation Lead.?In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution, change management & communication (across all levels in the organization) of our ambitious HR transformation agenda.
L'Oreal India is embarking on a bold transformation journey as part of its 2030 ambition. As we evolve our organizational design, leadership capabilities, and skills for the future, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Change Management & Communications Lead to drive engagement, alignment, and adoption across the organization.
This role is central to ensuring that our transformation is not only well-designed but also deeply understood, embraced, and lived by all employees. The individual will partner closely with HR, business leaders, and external consultants to craft and execute a compelling narrative for change.
You should have a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years' experience specifically in change management/ communications. The location of the job will be at the L'Oreal India Head Office at Mumbai.
