Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager for Central CAT Management, you will be responsible for:
Act as the single point of contact for all CAT activities, ensuring standardized documentation and consistent methodologies.
Collect, validate, and consolidate data from all project leaders, ensuring accuracy of metrics and savings claims.
Develop and deliver daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and maintain a centralized data repository.
Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports with clear, actionable insights.
Present findings to senior leadership and address data-related queries confidently.
Conduct research, benchmarking, and analytical studies to support strategic decisions.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives in reporting and data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training on CAT reporting standards and data requirements
Requirements

• A postgraduate degree in Business Management/Finance or equivalent.
• A minimum of 12+ years of managerial experience in the financial services sector or category management.
• Proven expertise in central category and talent management strategies.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities with a vision-driven and inclusive mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business metrics into actionable insights.
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
