Job Title:

Senior Manager Business Planning

Experience:

5.0-9.0 years




As a Senior Manager Business Planning, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the business planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the annual business planning process. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between different departments. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to provide insights for decision-making. Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and business performance metrics. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress against targets. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends. Manage a team of business analysts and planners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of business plans.
