Responsibilities * Architect the transformation roadmap for BI, reporting, and analytics while nurturing a high-performance data culture.

• Deliver insightful, accurate, real-time dashboards and executive-level MIS reporting.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, integrating analytics into core reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate across data, tech, and business teams to design scalable data products and democratize data access.
• Lead, mentor, and upskill a multi-functional BI team comprising internal talent & external partners.

Requirements * 7-8+ years of experience in business reporting/BI with leadership exposure.

• Hands-on understanding of Python, SQL, and modern BI platforms (Power BI preferred).
• Experience shaping automated, standardized reporting solutions within large enterprises.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and information ecosystems.
• Exposure to financial services or BFSI analytics is highly desirable.
