Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development for our digital services, identifying and nurturing high-potential leads
Strategize, build, and scale the sales team and sales funnel from the ground up
Drive marketing initiatives aligned with business growth--essentially perform the role of a CMO
Utilize CRM tools to monitor pipeline progress, conversions, and team efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with service delivery and marketing campaigns
Overhaul and improve the current sales process with fresh strategies and execution models
Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to consistently meet or exceed targets
Analyse data and market trends to make informed business decisions

Must-Have Skills:
Proven track record in IT sales (minimum 5 years) preferably in digital services and web/app development

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Knowledge of digital marketing services and website/application development lifecycle
Strong leadership, communication, and strategy-building capabilities
Ability to work from our Nasik office and lead initiatives independently
