Job Summary: Responsible for generating business opportunities globally for the fertility business vertical of Intas/ Accord. Position is also responsible to Initiate & execute marketing activities, training Doctors measuring marketing & training effectiveness. Also, responsible to create brand awareness & brand recall of Intas/ Accord. Specific Job Responsibilities: Drive business growth in the International Fertility Business (WISH) Map various markets, evaluate market potentiality for existing and potential new products in different geographies. Identifying new products to complement IVF product portfolio. Identify and evaluate potential business partners in these geographies, get CDA /agreements executed and dossiers evaluated. Initiate business process in identified countries to get product registered/ to support increase in sales & EBITDA. Negotiate and finalise product wise annual business /sales plan with the partners in identified markets. Prepare Country specific brand wise, yearly marketing plan. Arrange Product wise Marketing inputs in coordination with G.M. / Country Manager/ Distributor and Domestic Product management team in accordance with yearly marketing plan. Briefing of yearly marketing plan and training to field employees, Track implementation and prepare training effectiveness & marketing effectiveness matrix/ dashboard. Prepare product launch activities along with G.M./Distributor/Country manager. Coordinate with respective departments to ensure on time delivery and dispatches to respective countries of marketing inputs. Planning and arranging Scientific meets & training programmes for Doctors and Embryologists (In India & abroad). Coordinate with Distributors/ Country managers for participation in National/ Regional conferences. Relevant Skills & Experience: Substantial professional experience (at least 8+ years plus in Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry. Post Graduate in Science or Pharma (M.Pharm/ M.Sc/ B.Pharma)
