Leading Singapore based Fintech set up requires Sr Manager ( Client service & Brand communication)- DelhiOne of our client s leading Fintech company which is a 100% subsidiary of a Singapore based company working in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards and Gift Vouchers space. It is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 125 + brands like Levis, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos etc. The clientele spreads across 200 + clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com like HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, Axis Bank, Payback, Paytm, Colgate, Asian Paints, Dell, Havells etc to name a few.We are looking for Sr Manager ( Brand Communication & Client servicing ) for our client office in delhiPFB the details :1) Client - Singapore based fintech company2) Role - Sr Manager ( Brand communication & Client service )3) Experience -7-10 years years in -Gift Vouchers / E Commerce / Banking / Loyalty / Retail Sector /Advertising / PR Agencies 4) Location - South Delhi5) Joining - 15-20 daysPFB THE JD :\xc2\xa0Key Result Areas :\xc2\xa0- Sr Mgr Client Servicing will become the principle contact person for each client associated with us.- Ensure that each client is being maintained and supported by us appropriately.- Responsible for documenting the clients future requirements, which outlines the tasks or projects that they wish toundertake over a period of time.- Maintain a big picture view for each client and look for growth opportunities for the client in the future.- Maintain a regular visitation program with our client base with appropriate levels of focus on the various grades of clients within the allocated base.Ethos and Culture :\xc2\xa0- We believe and inculcate an open, friendly flat organization structure strongly driven by the DNAs of transparency, customer centricity and appreciationCompetencies :\xc2\xa0Experience :\xc2\xa0Skill set :\xc2\xa0- Preferred prior experience in Client Servicing/Loyalty Programs/Cross selling, up-selling / managing Client network- Understanding of business processes- Qualify leads and opportunities when appropriate- Ability to drive clients for focused outcome- Strategic business focus- Strong communication skills- Relationship building Skills- Expectation Management at all levels of business.- Should be willing to upsell/Cross sell as per the business requirementsPreferred Industries :\xc2\xa0Total Experience :\xc2\xa0- Gift Vouchers / E Commerce / Banking / Loyalty / Retail Sector /Advertising / PR Agencies / Media Sales- 8- 12 years- Education - Graduate with Management qualification preferred - Preferred prior experience in strategic brand alliances / sales / business development / managing brand network- Relationship management at CXO levels- Excellent presentation creation skills- Should be able to address a large audience- Team managementMention in resume following details:- Your current CTC :- Notice Period :- Expected CTC :- Current location :- Relevant experience :Contact :\xc2\xa0Manav - 9548238406 (ref:updazz.com)
