Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Black Belts - Continuous Improvement
In this role, you will be responsible for responsible for identifying improvement opportunities to deliver business impact for clients by improving business processes, solving problems, and driving change within the organization using relevant LSS & digital tools and methodology.
You must be curious and courageous to challenge the status quo with an eye for detail.
You should be comfortable to with large data sets and should have keen interest or prior experience in analysing data with an objective to drive insights.
Responsibilities
Independently lead the high impact projects needed to deliver on business outcomes
Drive LSS vibe through Engagement drives & mentoring Leans & GBs
Identify opportunities to deliver on committed productivity, productivity improvement in accounts through continuous improvement (CI) lever
Drive stabilization for new transitions - metric identification, measurement system set & reporting set up, CI roadmap design, risk assessment
Identify digital led transformation opportunities in existing relationships
Deploy risk control & best practice framework
Drive deployment of digital ops infra tools

• Result oriented, Works with speed to translate strategy into "actionable" and achieve results
• Incessant Curiosity - question the status quo, find ways to make things better, probing and analytical ability

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or any other disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ Digital
• Prior experience in having led projects - Digital, LSS, Domain led, consulting, analytics, preferred
• BPO / Shared service experience, Domain expert in F&A processes, HiTech or Banking, preferred
• Digital Marketing/Advertising is preferred
• Must be flexible with work timings
• Has working knowledge of MS office, Minitab/SPSS/equivalent analytics tools

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Has prior experience of working in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
