JD - Banking /Treasury/ Corporate Finance

Fund Raising for various project SPVs and InvIT in the form of bank loans, NCDs etc

Preparation of Information memorandum / term sheets for availing loans

Financial modelling

Knowledge of key aspects of loan Documentation and typical aspects of project finance.

Coordinating with Banks for managing the loans

Liaison with banks and maintain banking relationships.

Engaging with rating agencies for obtaining credit rating of loans

Coordinating with various internal teams to provide necessary information to lenders

Ensuring regular compliance of loan requirements

Engaging with financial, technical and legal consultants

Maintaining MIS related to the loans, covenants etc.

Cash and liquidity management

Educational Background

: CA/MBA (Finance)

Work Experience

- 7 to 12 years

Knowledge/Skills

- Knowledge of Banking industry/ RBI guidelines/ various debt instruments

Proficiency in MS Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 per year
