Position: Manager / Sr. Manager - Corporate HealthDepartment: B2B SalesRole Type: Individual ContributorLocation: BangaloreRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to spearhead the sales of Group Medical Cover (GMC) policies to corporate clients. The role requires strong networking ability, proven B2B sales experience, and expertise in offering insurance and employee benefits solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Identify, prospect, and generate new corporate leads for Group Health Insurance policies.- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, CXOs, and key decision-makers.- Conduct impactful sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate policy terms.- Collaborate with insurance partners and internal teams to design customized health insurance solutions (OPD benefits, wellness offerings, and value-added services).- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue/premium targets.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.- Ensure seamless onboarding of clients including documentation, policy issuance, and post-sales service.- Drive upselling and cross-selling of other General Insurance products and OPD services.Key Requirements :- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).- 2-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.- Proven experience in selling Group Health Insurance / Employee Benefits solutions (preferred).- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
