Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager - Sales (Health & Wellness) to lead business development initiatives in the growing Health & Wellness segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving strategic partnerships, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong professional network among key decision-makers in relevant sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, target, and onboard potential partners relevant to the BNPL ecosystem. Develop and execute strategies to build sustainable long-term business relationships.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to foster collaboration, trust, and recurring business.
Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve revenue targets.
Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Health & Wellness sector.
Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the BNPL and wellness space.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams--Product, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations--to ensure alignment and deliver value-driven solutions to partners.
Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics, market insights, and sales performance to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably in the Health & Wellness or Healthcare industry.
Skills :
