Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly driven and experienced IT Sales professional to lead enterprise-level sales initiatives, drive business growth, and forge strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT solution or services sales, excellent client management skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:



Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closure for IT solutions/services. Identify and target enterprise customers across industries including BFSI, manufacturing,retail, healthcare, and more. Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and decision-makers. Develop and execute territory/account-wise sales strategies aligned with business goals. Meet and exceed revenue targets, growth KPIs, and sales quotas.Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and pitches. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Participate in pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract closures. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Will be responsible for building and managing the overall sales function, including setting up processes, driving strategy, and leading the sales team to achieve business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or Business. MBA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in B2B IT sales - SaaS, managed services, cloud, or enterprise software. Strong network and proven sales experience in enterprise or mid-market segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and business acumen. Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot. Demonstrated ability to achieve consistent revenue and customer acquisition goals.

Preferred:



Experience selling in global markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC). Prior exposure to consultative or solution-based selling. Knowledge of IT domains like cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, or analytics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
