We work closely with client-facing teams to understand business requirements, align insurer capabilities, and secure the best possible terms. Summary
Supporting new business team by procuring quotes for Group Medical Coverage (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Group Term Life (GTL) and other product related to Health and Benefits mainly in the B2B category. Maintaining Insurer relationship on portfolio level.
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing team to support New business and retention team in procuring best quotations from the available market
Develop insurers relationship
Develop TPA relationship
Develop relations with headquarter underwriters
Should know technical details of all the product.
Should be good at negotiation skills
Eye to detail on drawing Request for Proposal (RFP)
End to end coordination on policy placement
Qualifications
------------------
MBA/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field
10+ years experience in health and benefits sales
Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software.
Basic understanding of the insurance industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
