Job Description

Purpose of the Position
a. Why the position exists? To ensure fast, high-quality production of marketing and communication collateral across formats, enabling an agile in-house creative turnaround team. This reduces reliance on agencies for last-mile adaptations and executions, driving both speed and cost efficiency.
b. What will happen if there is no one in the position? Campaign timelines and internal agility will be impacted. Dependence on external vendors will increase both cost and delay in creative delivery. Routine adaptations will take longer and overburden brand managers and content teams.
Dimensions of the Position
- Deliver fast, high-quality design adaptations for internal and external collaterals. - Support Brand Managers and Creative/Content teams on day-to-day asset rollouts. - Reduce cost and dependency on external agencies. - Ensure all artwork meets technical specs (print/digital) and brand guidelines. - Collaborate with video editors or directly adapt motion files using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Skills / Competencies
1. Proficiency in desktop publishing tools: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW.
2. Basic proficiency in video editing tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro. 3. Basic knowledge of AI-based creative tools for static and video generation (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion).
4. Strong understanding of print production, layout, formatting, and color theory.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
7. Strong organizational and file management skills.
8. Understanding of different output formats (PDF/X standards, bleed/crop, etc.).
9. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for quick adaptations.
10. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing brand guidelines or creative systems.
Relevant Experience
-Full Time Graduation / Post Graduation
- 3-6 years of experience in a DTP, design, or post-production role in an agency or corporate marketing team.
- Experience in both static and video creative production.
- Exposure to working within brand guidelines and adapting creatives for multi-channel
