Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager- IT Application.

Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage application portfolio of GL, ensuring they align with business goals
• Develop strategic plans for identifying the right solutions and their implementation
• Ensure technical vision aligns with overall business strategy
• Coordinate with business and technical solution teams to deliver desired outcome. Act as a bridge between the technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Integrate digital solutions across the organization to enhance people performance, processes, systems, and services
• Well versed with end to end solution implementation methodology
• Liaison with diverse internal stakeholders to collate the requirements and align them to define integrated solution needs
• Liaison with vendors and ensure they deliver the solution as per the requirement
• Collaborate with end users and ensure 100% adoption of newly implemented solutions
• Ensure continuous improvements to the existing solutions to enhance user experience
• Keep track of ongoing initiatives and have timely reporting on the progress
• Ensure the initiatives are delivered in time within designated budgets.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s / master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering with Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering or a related field.
• Work experience of over 5 years in Real estate or Facility management domain or over 7 years in ERP consulting.
