Job Description

EbizON is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Senior Account Manager to lead end-to-end Amazon marketplace initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Amazon's ecosystem and a strong track record of driving growth for brands on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of all Amazon services.
• Develop and execute Amazon Ads strategies (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
• Lead Amazon SEO initiatives--keyword research, listing optimization, ranking improvement.
• Oversee creation of Amazon A+ and A++ content, brand stores, catalog enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end marketplace operations including inventory planning, pricing, promotions, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (content, design, ads, ops) to deliver high-quality output.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and ensure continuous optimization.
• Act as a strategic advisor for clients, identifying growth opportunities on Amazon.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Amazon account management, marketplace operations, or performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Amazon SEO, A+/A++ content, catalog management, and brand store creation.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with command over tools like Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Brand Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
