Position Brief: The candidate would be an integral part of the consulting practice responsible for execution of a wide range of mandates and driving key relationships on ongoing as well as new businesses. The role will be a mix of client management as well as execution of some marquee engagements. The role will also encompass leading initiative on the government advisory side. The incumbent would be exposed to a multitude of assignments undertaken in Real Estate Consulting space. The position calls for a professionally qualified, highly motivated individual with go-getter attitude willing to go the extra mile in pursuit of excellence. S/he should have a sound knowledge of the regional real estate market, relevant experience in the field of development and occupier consulting. Qualifications The key skills/experience required for this role include: Post graduate degree in any relevant discipline. CA/MBA Finance preferred. 5 - 7 years of experience in Consulting Services Excellent PPT skills and report writing skills Ability to analyze large quantities of data to identify trends Knowledge of wider Real Estate landscape, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, etc., with ability to converse comfortably with stakeholders on the topics Logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously on different projects Capacity to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture Ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines Strong analytical, prioritization and organizational skills Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables Demonstrated track record of strong performance over the career Willingness to travel
