Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and implement administrative procedures and systems, continuously identifying opportunities to streamline processes
Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff; assign responsibilities and manage office space effectively
Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to maximize productivity and efficiency
Ensure a smooth and timely flow of information across departments to support business operations
Manage schedules, deadlines, and administrative priorities
Monitor office supply inventory and oversee purchasing within approved budget constraints
Track costs and expenses and contribute to budget planning and financial control
Oversee facilities management, including maintenance services and external trades (e.g., electricians, contractors)
Organize and supervise office-related activities such as renovations, recycling programs, and company events
Ensure administrative operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations
Stay informed of organizational changes and evolving business needs to adapt administrative support accordingly
