Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Active Directory & Microsoft 365
Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support and administration for Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms.
• Handle L2 escalations, troubleshoot audio/video issues, and manage meeting room systems.
• Configure Teams policies, Teams Rooms, Zoom accounts, licensing, and integrations.
• Track service health, analyze usage trends, and document incidents in ITSM tools.
• Maintain AV hardware (Logitech, Neat, Crestron) and ensure client updates via Intune/SCCM.
• Work with L3 teams, vendors (Microsoft/Zoom), and internal IT teams for resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Teams admin, Zoom management, M365 integration, and network fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach.
• SLA compliance, reduced recurring issues, meeting room uptime, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science
• Well versed with software engineering techniques SDLC.
• Experience with Office 365.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies
