Role Summary
The Senior/Manager Finance is the financial hygiene and
the key facilitator for the field sales force. This role requires precision, strict
adherence to timelines, and ensuring the complex commission and reimbursement
processes run flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
? Commission Processing and Payout (Critical Focus):
o Manage the end-to-end processing of POSP Commission Payouts,
ensuring strict adherence to the payment schedule and accurate calculation of variable incentives (LTIP, Streak Bonuses).
o Manage all financial flows related to ADO and TM variable pay to ensure motivation and compliance are maintained.
? Reconciliation and Revenue Assurance:
o Commission Reconciliation: Daily follow-up and reconciliation of commission payments received from all partnered Insurers. Ensure payments are received on time and accurately recorded.
o Bank Operations: Manage day-to-day banking activities, funds transfers, and reconciliation of cash flows.
? Expense Management:
o Process Business Reimbursements and Travel Reimbursements (based on the approved TEM Policy) for the field team promptly and accurately.
o Manage Advance Settlements for TMs and Cluster Heads, ensuring timely closure and compliance with internal norms.
? Statutory Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure all statutory payments (TDS, GST, PF, etc.) and regulatory reporting are completed accurately and submitted by deadline.
o Prepare internal financial MIS reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Budget vs. Actuals) for senior management review.
o Oversee all vendor payments, ensuring adherence to financial
timelines and compliance procedures.
Required Qualifications
? Skills: Strong knowledge of Tally/SAP and advanced Excel. Deep understanding of Indian tax and statutory compliance requirements.
? Mindset: Impeccable attention to detail, highly process-driven, and a proactive attitude towards resolving financial queries from the field force quickly (supporting the Agility value).
