Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.
Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESIC, etc.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
Provide strategic financial insights and support management decision-making.
Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduation (B.com) / Post Graduation (M. com) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
