Our company is searching for a experienced professional, to fill the role of Manager- Accounts and Finance to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic guidance.

Responsibilities and duties

TDS Return Filling and Reconciliation GST Return Filling and Reconciliation Debtors and Creditors Reconciliation Balance Sheet preparation. Oversee import transactions. Maintain of stock Sheet on Monthly basis. Govt / Admin Liason Vendor Management Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance. Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Ensure compliance with accounting standards. Identify cost optimization areas. Manage subsidy claims and documentation. Manage bank reconciliation statements.
Requirements:

- CA/ M Com or MBA Finance.

- Proven finance and accounting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Minimum 10 yrs experience.

-Experience - Team strength 20-35 people

-Location preference Panchkula, Chandigarh Mohali

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
