Position: Senior Management Professional
Finance, Accounts & Legal_Manufacturing Domain
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Management Professional to lead our Finance, Accounts, and Legal functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, an in-depth understanding of legal and tax compliance, and a forward-thinking approach to leveraging technology (IT/AI) for operational efficiency. This role is perfect for a strategic leader with a proven track record of 10+ years in the manufacturing, trading, or services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
o Oversee the end-to-end financial accounting process, including the maintenance of cash and bank books for both local and foreign currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, JPY).
o Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements and annual schedules.
o Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including the preparation of age-wise debtor and accounts receivable statements, cash flow, and fund flow statements.
o Generate and present weekly and monthly management reports on cost & benefit analysis, productivity analysis, inventory turnover analysis, and cost variance analysis.
o Manage and track the annual budgeting process, including preparing 5-year budgets and monitoring progress with monthly MIS reports.
o Handle financial activities from trial balance to profit and loss account and balance sheet, with proficiency in using Excel Pivot Tables.
Taxation & Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with all
Direct and Indirect Taxation
laws, including GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax.
o Manage and file all tax-related returns and ensure on-time adherence to all statutory compliances.
o Handle legal compliances and
ROC (Registrar of Companies)
filings.
o Oversee all import and export financial documentation and processes.
Auditing & Internal Controls:
o Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, managing the collation and validation of all necessary inputs and resolving auditor queries in a timely manner.
o Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial records and documents.
o Perform regular reconciliations of vendor and other ledger accounts.
Operations & IT:
o Manage fixed assets, including physical verification and ensuring proper valuation and insurance.
o Handle payroll, including leave and final settlement calculations for employees.
o Demonstrate strong proficiency in financial software such as
Tally, Oracle EBS, SAP HANA, Marg, WebTel TDS, BUSY
, and
Microsoft Navision
.
o Leverage expertise in
Advance Excel with VBA
,
Power BI
, and
DAX
to create financial models and user-friendly dashboards.
o Utilize an entrepreneurial mindset to innovate solutions using AI and free online tools (e.g., Google Suite) to optimize costs and increase productivity.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
o Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Fintech or equivalent qualification.
o Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
o LL.B. degree is highly desirable.
Experience:
o A minimum of 15+ years of experience in a finance and accounts management role, preferably in the
manufacturing or trading industry

Skills:
o Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
o Advanced proficiency in accounting software and IT tools, including
Oracle EBS, SAP HANA, Tally
, and Microsoft Office Suite.
o In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation (Direct and Indirect) and legal compliance.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
o Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
