We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Maintenance Engineer

to lead and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all equipment and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to preventative and predictive maintenance.

lead, supervise, and mentor the maintenance team, providing technical guidance and support. Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues across a wide range of systems. Oversee critical equipment repairs, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement of tools/equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Evaluate, select, and liaise with external contractors and vendors when necessary.
