About the Role

We are seeking a

Mid/Senior Level Service Engineer

to join our

Pro Services team

and support the implementation of

modernization solutions

. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of

Mainframe knowledge and modern Java/Cloud expertise

, with the ability to lead technical deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with clients during projects.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and configure modernization solutions in customer environments (on-premises and cloud). Lead

COBOL-to-Java conversion

, troubleshoot transformation issues, and implement performance improvements. Collaborate with customer stakeholders during project delivery to ensure smooth execution. Perform

functional, regression, and performance validation

of solutions. Build, configure, and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

to support project deployments. Assist in production transitions, ensuring minimal downtime and successful go-live. Manage timelines, deliverables, and reporting to meet

project SLAs

Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of experience

in Software services, modernization, or solution delivery.

Mainframe development Experience

(COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, GDGs, batch processing) . Expertise in

Java

(Spring Boot, Spring Batch, REST APIs). Hands-on experience with

code conversion, debugging, and production deployment

. Experience in

mainframe modernization projects

(implementation and delivery) highly desirable. Familiarity with

DevOps tools and processes

(CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments such as AWS/Azure/GCP). Strong

problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills

Pay: ₹485,754.55 - ₹1,653,215.81 per year
