About the Role

We are looking for a

Senior Machine Learning & Python Engineer

with extensive experience in building and optimizing

Machine Learning models

, particularly in

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

and

Large Language Models (LLMs)

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

Python frameworks

vector databases (PineconeDB)

, and seamless integration with

OpenAI, Grok, and DeepSeek

.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy

ML models

for real-world applications. Work extensively with

RAG-based architectures

to enhance LLM performance. Optimize

LLMs

for specific tasks, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Implement and fine-tune

vector search solutions

using

PineconeDB

. Integrate

OpenAI, Grok, and DeepSeek APIs

into ML workflows. Work with large datasets to develop

training, inference, and evaluation pipelines

. Collaborate with

data scientists, software engineers, and product teams

to build AI-driven solutions. Optimize

Python-based ML frameworks

for performance and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest advancements in

machine learning, NLP, and AI research

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years

of experience in

Machine Learning and Python development

. Strong proficiency in

Python

and experience with

ML frameworks

(TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.). Hands-on experience with

RAG and LLM fine-tuning

. Knowledge of

vector databases

(PineconeDB) and

efficient search techniques

. Experience in integrating

OpenAI, Grok, and DeepSeek APIs

. Solid understanding of

NLP, Deep Learning, and AI architectures

. Familiarity with

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

for ML model deployment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

optimizing ML models for production

. Hands-on experience with

MLOps, model monitoring, and deployment pipelines

. Knowledge of

GPU acceleration

and distributed computing for AI workloads. Prior experience with

LLM-based applications and chatbot development
