Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced

Senior Logo Designer / Graphic Designer

with 5-7 years of proven expertise in

logo design, brand identity, and visual systems

. The ideal candidate should have deep conceptual thinking skills and the ability to translate business ideas into strong, memorable visual identities.

Key Responsibilities

Design

original, creative, and timeless logos

from concept to final delivery Develop complete

brand identity systems

(logo usage, color palettes, typography, brand guidelines) Understand client briefs and convert them into strong visual concepts Create supporting brand assets such as business cards, letterheads, social media creatives, packaging, and marketing materials Present design concepts clearly to internal teams and clients Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining design integrity Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints Stay updated with latest design trends, typography, and branding styles Mentor junior designers when required
Required Skills & ExpertiseCore Design Skills

Strong expertise in

Logo Design & Brand Identity

(must) Excellent knowledge of

Typography, Color Theory, and Composition

Ability to create

minimal, modern, and impactful logos

Software Skills

Adobe Illustrator (Expert - Mandatory) Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign (preferred) Figma / CorelDRAW (optional but a plus)
Experience Requirements

5-7 years of professional experience

specifically in logo and branding design

Strong portfolio showcasing

logo design, rebranding, and identity projects

Experience working with startups, agencies, or branding firms preferred Experience handling multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Soft Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Client-handling experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or related field Experience working on

corporate branding, startup branding, and product brands

Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation

Pay: ₹16,348.78 - ₹54,135.14 per month
