Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Senior Logistics Operations Analyst

to manage and optimize transport and logistics operations through advanced data analysis, reporting, and system management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Advanced Excel, TMS software, vehicle tracking systems, and transport logistics

, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage transport and logistics data analysis using

Advanced Excel

(Pivot Tables, Power Query, dashboards, complex formulas) Oversee and ensure accuracy of logistics data, reporting, and documentation Monitor and optimize

vehicle tracking systems

to improve delivery performance and cost efficiency Manage and optimize daily operations using

TMS (Transport Management System) software

Prepare detailed operational and performance reports for management decision-making Analyze logistics data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Coordinate with transport partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve escalations Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and logistics standards Guide and support junior team members and review their work for accuracy Communicate professionally via

Email and Microsoft Outlook

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in

Advanced Excel and MS Office

Proven experience with

TMS software and transport logistics operations

In-depth knowledge of

vehicle tracking and fleet management systems

Strong

data analytics and reporting

skills Excellent

communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or supply chain analytics Experience leading or mentoring teams Knowledge of logistics KPIs, cost analysis, and performance optimization
