Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and knowledgeable Logistics & Inventory Manager / Head with a strong understanding of Import/Export regulations, multi-country trade dynamics, and end-to-end logistics operations. This role is crucial to ensure seamless movement of products, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery across global and domestic locations for our growing fashion and lifestyle brand - Style Junkiie.

Key Responsibilities:



Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Lead all logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipping, freight negotiations, and 3PL vendor coordination.

Optimize domestic and international shipping routes and timelines to ensure timely deliveries.

Plan and execute efficient logistics solutions for exhibitions, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), and e-commerce partners.

Import/Export Management Handle all documentation and compliance procedures related to global imports and exports of fashion goods. Ensure full adherence to international trade regulations, HS codes, and country-specific requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export rules across key geographies (e.g., Middle East, Europe, USA, Southeast Asia).

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clearance agents to ensure smooth global operations. Work closely with design and production teams to ensure regulatory compliance on all shipments.Inventory & Warehouse Management Oversee warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, stock audits, and replenishment planning. Develop SOPs for inventory control, returns handling, stock transfers (Exhibitions, MBOs, Retail, and E-comm), and seasonal inventory rotation. Implement tools or software to track inventory across multiple channels and warehouses.Documentation & Compliance Prepare and verify shipping documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, COO, FTA forms, etc. Ensure proper archiving of all logistics and inventory documentation for audits and regulatory requirements. Handle insurance, claims, and loss prevention measures related to transit.Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with the Design, Merchandising, Retail, and Finance teams for order planning, delivery timelines, and invoicing. Support procurement with demand planning and vendor inventory alignment.Key Skills & Requirements:

o Graduate or Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business.

o 5-10 years of hands-on experience in logistics, warehousing, and global trade.

o Knowledge of:
- Country-specific customs regulations (Middle East, Europe, USA, etc.)
- Harmonized System Codes (HSN)
- International trade documentation & clearance procedures

o Proficiency in ERP tools, MS Excel, shipment trackers, and warehouse management software.

o Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

o Fashion or lifestyle industry background preferred.
