We are a leading Oil & Gas EPC company delivering large-scale engineering, procurement, and construction projects across domestic and international markets. Our logistics and supply chain team plays a critical role in ensuring timely movement of high-value equipment and materials, strict compliance with trade regulations, and seamless coordination between vendors, ports, and project sites.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations for domestic and international shipments
Handle import and export documentation including:
Commercial invoices
Packing lists
Bills of Lading / Airway Bills
Certificates of Origin
Shipping Bills, BOE, LC and bank documents
Coordinate with freight forwarders

CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and warehouses
Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, port, and trade regulations
Monitor cargo movement from supplier to project site and ensure on-time, damage-free delivery
Resolve delays, customs issues, and shipment discrepancies proactively
Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and logistics cost records
Prepare Excel-based MIS reports on shipments, lead times, demurrage, and freight costs
Support procurement and project teams with delivery schedules and logistics planning
Audit and verify freight invoices, duty charges, and logistics bills
Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, cost control, and compliance
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in logistics, import-export, and supply chain operations
Strong working knowledge of customs clearance, HS codes, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures
Experience handling heavy engineering, EPC, or Oil & Gas project logistics will be a strong advantage
Very fluent in spoken and written English
Advanced Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and data analysis
Excellent coordination, negotiation, and follow-up abilities
Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines under pressure
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
