Follow-up on all appointment deliveries.Be active on e-commerce platforms for personal care & beauty, and cosmetics.Follow-up with courier partner.Check & follow up for all transit and undelivered shipment for the Select Sales team.Look after category: PO Shipments, TESTER shipments, and letter shop shipments.Coordinate with operations team & vendors for daily line up for transportation for reverse & forward pickup.Post picks up, generate reverse/forward shipments tokens and share the same with the vendor/supplier. Regular follow-ups with the courier team & vendor until pickup is done.Check on NDR reports. (RTO & re-attempt) if the actions are not taken follow up and close the issues.Go through all the logistics partner\xe2\x80\x99s panels/dashboards.Email all the dispatch details to couriers for the appointment deliveries & make sure all the shipments get connected for the next hub.Sort the hold/undelivered shipments issues to clear the delayed deliveries.Create labels for the dispatches.Maintain and share reports with the latest updates. You are a pro at:

• Proven Experience with Logistics and Delivery Partners End to end Delivery
• Process MS Office

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
