Role Overview



As a

Senior Associate - Logistics

, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods, optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

You will play a key role in building scalable logistics processes to support Kazam's growing business and nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and delivery management. Coordinate with vendors, 3PLs, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. Track and analyze logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, freight costs, turnaround times, etc.) and implement process improvements. Manage last-mile and reverse logistics operations efficiently. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and customer success teams. Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and environmental regulations. Negotiate contracts and freight rates with logistics partners. Leverage data analytics tools to drive visibility and continuous improvement in logistics performance. Support planning and forecasting of logistics budgets and resource requirements.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management. Strong understanding of logistics operations, 3PL management, and vendor coordination. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics management software. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in EV, renewable energy, or tech-driven logistics is a plus.
