Candidate Specification

Education

: B.E / B.Tech with an MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.

Experience

: 4-7+ years of experience in global logistics, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sector, with a proven track record of managing complex international networks.

Problem-Solving Expertise

: Strong command of structured problem-solving techniques (Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, or A3 thinking) to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Technical Proficiency:

: Oversee daily global freight operations, utilizing advanced problem-solving techniques (e.g., 8D, 5-Whys) to mitigate delays, space constraints, and equipment shortages.

Digital Transformation & AI Integration:

Support the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools to enhance volume forecasting, predictive ETAs, and proactive risk management.

Advanced Data Visualization

: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into the global pipeline, converting complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement (Kaizen):

Drive a Kaizen culture by identifying incremental process improvements and leading cross-functional workshops to eliminate waste in the inbound supply chain.

Financial Optimization (TVM)
