Position Overview Job Title -Senior Life-Cycle-Event (LCE) Assessor TDI Findings Management Control Location-Pune Reporting to the Head of TDI Findings Management Control, you will be a member of the TDI Findings Management Control team. The Team is responsible for the qualitative assessment of life-cycle events in the context of remediating internal and external findings and providing ongoing knowledge exchange with relevant stakeholders to achieve sustainable quality improvements. Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Key Responsibilities: On behalf of TDI, undertake detailed assessment of Life-Cycle-Events (LCEs) to ensure compliance with Deutsche Bank's Findings Management policy and underlying procedures. Provide high quality assessments and thought leadership to help support TDI senior stakeholders address identified deficiencies in a sustainable manner. With involvement of relevant stakeholders from the 2nd- and 3rd-line of defense (Group Audit, NFRM, RMG), challenge Findings Management regulations and procedures with the aim of improving effectiveness and efficiency. Support sustainable quality improvement of Finding remediation by establishing a permanent information exchange culture with all relevant stakeholders (finding owners embedded risk teams (ERTs)) either via one-on-one meetings, lessons learned or training.
