Draft and review complex real estate contracts, lease deeds, joint development agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents
Provide legal opinions on land acquisitions, title verification, encumbrance issues, and dispute resolutions
Ensure compliance with RERA, stamp duty, registration laws, and municipal development norms
Liaise with government authorities for land records, approvals, and registration processes
Conduct due diligence and risk analysis for real estate transactions and redevelopment projects
Manage litigation, arbitration, or legal notices related to land/property matters
Maintain legal documentation, trackers, and ensure timely filings and compliance
Preferred Experience
:
Real estate firms, redevelopment projects, construction companies, or legal consultancies handling land deals
Hands-on exposure to title due diligence, property vetting, and dealing with sub-registrars, SRA, or municipal bodies
