Job Title: Senior Legal Head

Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Corporate + High Court)

Location: Udaipur

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Advisor/ Head with strong exposure to corporate legal matters and High Court litigation. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's complete legal framework, advising management on legal risks, handling litigation, drafting and vetting contracts, and representing the company before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle corporate legal matters, including company law, contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues

Draft, review, and vet agreements, MOUs, contracts, notices, and legal documents

Manage and represent the company in High Court cases, tribunals, and other legal forums

Coordinate with external advocates, law firms, and government authorities

Provide legal opinions and advisory support to management and internal departments

Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements

Handle litigation matters including case strategy, pleadings, affidavits, and arguments

Manage legal risks and ensure timely resolution of disputes

Maintain legal records, case trackers, and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Contract Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Litigation

Hands-on experience in High Court practice and procedures

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to handle independent legal matters with minimal supervision

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Professional ethics and confidentiality

Qualifications

LLB / LLM from a recognized university

Enrolled with the Bar Council of India

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal advisory and High Court practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?480,000.00 - ?950,000.00 per year
