We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Professional to manage litigation, drafting, and revenue-related matters. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling court proceedings, have strong legal drafting skills, and be open to travelling across India as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company in courts (with a valid Sanad).
Draft legal documents -- Notices, Applications, Suits, Agreements, etc.
Handle Revenue-related and Litigation matters efficiently.
Manage cases before Revenue Court and others.
Conduct legal research and provide advisory on debt recovery, property/habitation, and compliance matters.
Ensure effective use of computers & legal software tools for drafting and e-filing.
Communicate effectively in multiple languages (reading, writing, and speaking).
Travel across India as required for hearings and company assignments.
Requirements:
Qualification: LLB / LLM with a valid Sanad. Revenue +5 experience required.
Experience: Minimum 10 years
in litigation and corporate legal work (preferred).
Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills with good command over English.
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Online Filing, Legal Research Tools).
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Travel: 10-15 days/month (within India, as required)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ?45,000 per month
Salary will be finalized during the interview
