Job Description

We need a Senior Civil Lawyer/Advocate,

1. Who is well versed with Karnataka property documents and its terminology .

2. Who is good in deeds/agreements/gpa/contracts/affidavits etc. drafting

3. Who is very good in land registration process and land titles

4. Who is very good in MS Word and MS Eccel

5. Who has familiarity with RERA process

6. Needs to liaison with court matters, Goverment offices etc

7. Needs to involve other company operations

8. nice to have knowledge in accounting and labour laws, tax compliance etc.

9. Needs to coordinate with land purchases etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year

Kolar, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
