Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, MoUs, deeds, and other legal documents.
Ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
Identify potential legal risks and provide practical mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external legal advisors to gather necessary inputs.
Review existing contracts and suggest revisions to protect organizational interests.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and version control of legal files.
Provide legal drafting support for corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
in legal drafting (10+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial agreements, and compliance requirements.
Excellent drafting, proofreading, and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret legal clauses and assess risk effectively.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and legal documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in corporate, real estate, or commercial legal drafting.
Ability to handle complex and high-value agreements independently.
