Provide legal opinions and advisory support
Guide on SARFAESI, DRT/DRAT matters, NPA recovery, litigation strategy
Review contracts, loan documents, policies, and dispute cases
Mentor junior lawyers and support legal drafting
Attend client meetings and offer subject-matter expertise
Requirements:
15+ years of legal experience before retirement
Strong knowledge of banking laws, insurance laws, SARFAESI, arbitration, civil and commercial litigation
Clear communication and high professional integrity
